These Terms of Use govern your use of Migrennity, a migraine and headache tracking application with community features. By using Migrennity, you agree to these terms.

Migrennity is a small, community-driven project created by people who understand migraine. We're not a big corporation – just individuals trying to help others who share this challenge.

What is the Service?

The "Service" includes the Migrennity web application, mobile apps (if available), and all features including episode tracking, weather insights, community forums, and data sharing with healthcare providers.

Who can use Migrennity?

You must be at least 16 years old to use Migrennity. Some jurisdictions may require a higher age – please check your local laws.

Your responsibilities

When using Migrennity, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when logging episodes
• Be thoughtful about what health information you share in the community
• Not use the service for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Not attempt to hack, spam, or otherwise misuse the service

Community rules

Our community is a safe space for people with migraine. To keep it that way:

• Treat everyone with respect and empathy
• No harassment or personal attacks
• No hate speech or discrimination
• No threats or violent content
• No spam, advertising, or commercial promotion

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Repeated violations may result in permanent ban.

Privacy and data

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Migrennity, you agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability

As a small community project, we provide Migrennity on a "best effort" basis:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
• We may need to take the service offline for maintenance
• We may add, change, or remove features over time

Limitation of liability

Migrennity is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of the service
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on information in Migrennity
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or personal injury where the law does not allow such limitations (e.g., under German law).

Account termination

Regarding ending your use of Migrennity:

• You can delete your account at any time from your settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations or if we discontinue the service

Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of Migrennity after changes means you accept the new terms.
